Typically our microgreens will last up to 5-7 days if stored properly, but we’ve also seen them last up to 2 weeks. To maximize their shelf life, it’s important to keep them refrigerated in a sealed container or produce bag to maintain freshness and prevent moisture loss.
-
Please gently rinse them right before eating if you see any bits of soil stuck on from harvesting. Microgreens are delicate and don’t like to be stored wet in a container.
Please note: Nothing has touched the microgreen as we only handle them with gloves.

Microgreens add layers of flavor and nutrients to omelets, salads, sandwiches, wraps, pasta, pizza, soups, smoothies, and cocktails. Read some of our recipes for ideas.

Microgreens taste remarkably like their mature vegetable counterparts. Radish varieties pack all of that radish punch in these tiny stems and leaves. Mustard varieties can provide everything from a bit of tang to a horseradish-like nasal punch.
If you’re unsure what to order first, we offer a mild sampler and spicy sampler in our one-time orders so you can see what you like best.
